Minutes of Twenty-sixth Monthly Meeting

The 26th Monthly Meeting.

The 26th Monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 7th October, 2024 in the Senior Citizen welfare Association Bhavan at 5.00 PM.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

The 26th monthly meeting of senior citizen welfare association was held on 7th October, 2024 in the Senior Citizen Welfare Association Bhavan office at 5:00 PM.

The following agenda was discussed and resolutions were passed in the meeting.

1. The President congratulated all the members for making the Gandhi Jayanti program a grand success.
2. The new Senior Citizens members were invited into the group by the executive body and all association members.
3. All the senior citizens greeted happy birthday to the members who were born in the month of October.
4. It was decided to organize the health camp on the 15th of this (October) month.
5. V. Narasimha Rao Garu explained about the construction of the building, the remaining works to be done and requested the members to offer their suggestions.
Some of the members voluntarily came forward and announced donations for toilet-completion works.
The President thanked all the members for their cooperation in this regard.
6. In the discussion about fortnight (twice in a month) meetings of association, the body decided to conduct only once in a month. The meeting should be on a fixed date instead of the first Monday. The executive committee can make decisions on fixing the date.
7. Chitt-draw for Series - 1 was conducted and the winner was KN Kashi Viswanadham.
Chitt-draw for Series - 2 was conducted and the winner was A. Ramulu (Bhajana).
Payment for both the winners will be made on 12th October 2024.
8. Dr. Prabhu Garu spoke about health issues in senior citizens in the "Doctor's advice" program.
9. "Question Hour": Some of the members raised their doubts and Dr. Manik Prabhu Garu answered all the questions.
10. Under the topic "Any other issues", the President announced that the “Tambola game” is going to be conducted on every Saturday at 6 PM.
11. The meeting was concluded with 'Vote of Thanks' by K. Pandurangaiah Garu.


The Executive Committee Resolution:
The executive committee met and decided to conduct the monthly meeting on the 9th day of every month at 5:00 pm in the Senior Citizen Bhavan.
In case; if any festival or any other event falls on 9th, the postponement or preponement of the meeting will be informed well-in-advance.
